About me

I passionately believe that by focusing on improving a riders posture, symmetry and movement when riding, they will not only feel a greater connection with their horse and produce a better performance together as a result, but will also reduce the risk of pain and injury to them both due to incorrect weight loading, balance or movement.

It's easier for our horse to understand what we're asking him to do and then to do it, if our own body isn't getting in the way of the communication or the movement, and nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing riders 'lightbulb' moments when they experience this for themselves.

I have carried out additional training to enable me to specialise in this rider focused way, and as such I am also a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, an Advanced Equipilates™ Biomenchanics Trainer, Franklin Method® Equestrian Pelvis Trainer and Franklin Ball Certified.

Private or semi-private sessions for adults. Freelance and with a mobile studio for off horse work, willing to travel. Available for clinics and camps.
