Russell Guire from Centaur Biomechanics is coming to Snowdon Farm to do a day training looking at rider biomechanics.
The day will include theory work looking at the latest research on rider asymmetry and its effects on the horse, use of technology to improve riders, different riding styles, key points to look for in saddle positioning plus much more, followed by watching riders and putting theory into practice to assess and improve them.
Open to anyone who is interested.
Limited to 15 people to keep it safe with covid restrictions but also make it an interactive day, being able to ask questions and learn as much as you can.
Time: 9am-4pm. Please come no earlier than 8.45am.
Lunch: Please bring food as needed, lunch will be roughly 1hr so could go out if need to.
Seating: please bring a chair, we do have some and be ready to wrap up warm too.
Price: £100. Required to secure place. Non refundable unless place is filled from waiting list.
