BHS Grampian 'A live discussion with mindset and confidence coach Josie Alexander'
A live discussion with mindset and confidence coach Josie Alexander
Saturday 6 March
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
"I have first-hand experience of battling nerves and low confidence with my horses. That is why I now endeavour to share my experiences of how I overcame this to produce, compete & enjoy my horses every single day. This session will be me sharing practical tips with you, simplifying some psychological principles, giving examples from my own experience and answering your questions.
I am not a psychologist, I am a riding coach who focuses on helping nervous riders. I have a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science so I have a basic understanding of everything it takes to maintain an athlete, from psychology to nutrition and biomechanics to physiology. I have also completed the Centre10 Rider & Foundation Coach course.
I use this basis to work with other professionals (if required) to supercharge your progress and guide you as a coach. I pride myself on being fully invested and always just a message away for my ‘positive riders’. Follow me on Instagram and Facebook for loads of mindset & riding tips @positiveriders"
Open to all.
