A day designed to help both freelance and centre coaches understand professional liability for different aspects of the industry, how to deliver best customer service, how to market themselves professionally and successfully and understand the benefits of being an APC and professional development. This event will also allow time for plenty of discussion and networking among attendees.

Sally has 20 years’ experience running a commercial centre and also does freelance coaching. She will be hosting the day and delivering a presentation on insurances required and advised for different aspects of the industry and best industry practice to reduce risk of spurious claims.
Ali is Head Receptionist at a large commercial equestrian centre, so is responsible for all aspects of front of house customer care, turning enquiries into solid bookings and managing a team of 4 coaches with individual electronic diaries, so has the skills to show you how to make your life easier using your
phone in your career.
Lauren has worked in social media marketing for 10 years and has specialised in content creation for the last 5 years. An American living in Prague, she has clients based in Scotland and America whom she works with remotely and will deliver a presentation by video call on how to make the most out of social media marketing and protecting your reputation on social media.
Michele is Head of Education Operations for the BHS and will present on the benefits of the APC scheme, the structure of the internationally renowned BHS Career Pathway and which qualifications may permit direct entry to BHS assessments. The font of all knowledge on all things BHS Education
