About this course: Very often, we feel that something is not right with our horses but we cannot easily find what the exact issue is. This is sometimes described as poor performance, lack of performance or not performing adequately. In this presentation, Andy Fiske-Jackson and Melanie Perrier will go over some of the most common medical conditions that will prevent a horse from performing well. They will delve into how to detect lameness, back pain and what other conditions may be worth investigating such as gastric ulcers, respiratory disorders and metabolic issues among others.
