BHS Road and Rider Awareness - Virtual Evening

23 Nov 2020 19:00 - 20:30

**Due to unforeseen circumstances, this Road and Rider Awareness evening will no longer go ahead on this date.**

We plan to  rearrange a new date in the new year which will be confirmed as soon as it is finalised and I will contact you to let you know details.

Apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience, but if in the meantime you have any questions or would like to find out more about the work of the BHS Safety Department you can find this on the BHS Website or contact the team at safety@bhs.org.uk

Do you ride or drive on the road? If so, do you know your rights, responsibilities and the Law? Do you ride on the pavement, ride two abreast, use a mobile when riding a horse or have you suffered from road rage and dangerous driving? Have you had issues with dogs when riding? Keen to learn more about Riding and Roadcraft, how to report incidents and ensure you are covered in the event of an accident?

We invite all horse owners, riders and other road users to come along to hear more from the experts - Equine Lawyer, Cathryn Godfrey from Irwin Mitchell LLP; BHS Director of Safety Alan Hiscox; and Stuart Mottershaw, Casualty and Speed Reduction Coordinator with Leicestershire Police Traffic Management Department.
