About Us
Northwood welcomes riders of all abilities from Novice to Advanced and encourages members to have fun with their horses and join in club events. We offer dressage and jump training with local instructors as well as the opportunity to compete in internal club competitions. Our instructors are experienced and sympathetic and will tailor their tuition to help you get the best out of each session.
As an affiliated British Riding Club, NRC members have the chance to compete against other clubs locally, regionally and nationally in a wide range of disciplines including Dressage, Show Jumping, Arena Eventing, Horse Trials and Combined Training. It’s not all serious riding though! We also aim to offer other events or clinics that might be of interest to members, whether social or training such us Trec training and competition, fun rides, Summer BBQ, bitting clinics, mechanical horse clinics, etc. Keep an eye on our Events page for up and coming events and follow us on Facebook for everything NRC!
