Lakes Riding Club

About Us

Lakes Riding Club is a friendly club in South Cumbria drawing junior and senior members
from most parts of Cumbria, North Lancashire and West Yorkshire.

We run five Combined Training events each year catering for Intro up to Elementary and
at our Club Days we run showjumping, working hunter, showing and equitation again 5
events. We run points competitions for members across the year culminating in a
Presentation Evening at the end of the year. We also run a range of training events for all
abilities; including show jumping, pole and flat work and working hunter.

We have a strong record of participation on Area 3 BRC qualifying events and regularly
have members qualifying for championships. We are affiliated to STARs and run a range
of other qualifiers throughout the year
