Burley Villa School of Riding is Hiring….

We currently have many enquiries from potential clients wishing to learn to ride or to improve their riding, hence we have the need for additional staff, including a qualified horse-riding Instructor or Coach to develop their own riding school clientele and to support and organise our day-to-day operation including our Changing Lives through Horses and Pony Stars programmes.

We are based in the New Forest National Park, a family run business established for over 50 years. As a Riding School we offer lessons for adults and children, forest rides as well as children’s pony experiences. We teach in both traditional and western saddle. We are a BHS Approved Riding School and Livery Yard livery offering Full, Assisted and DIY livery. We offer BHS qualification training and examinations and are a British Pony Club Centre.

We are ideally looking for someone who has their BHSAI/BHS Level 3 Coach, however, we would also consider an ambitious, enthusiastic Level 2 qualified coach who is motivated and wants a career developing and organising our riding school.

We would want you to be confident and capable of taking charge and organising a yard and of taking over the running of the riding school and care of the horses when the owner is away.

We can offer a competitive salary for the right candidate with the possibility of a Live-In position available.
