About Otmoor Riding Group
Otmoor Riding Group are a small grass-roots group and their core aim is to work together to protect and promote the local bridleways and byways that many use in the Otmoor area of Oxfordshire and beyond.
Otmoor Riding Group take an active interest in our local paths and their maintenance, and get together to do some path clearances, and liaise with the local council rights of way team. They are also keen to protect our off-road riding from the negative impacts of the increasing number of road, rail and housing developments in our area. However, Otmoor Riding Group also have wider interests of improving our safety and enjoyment of horses, so are interested in road safety, hold ridden training clinics and have the odd social event too. By getting together with other Otmoor Riding Group members, they hope to do things that might not be achievable as an individual.
