Essex Bridleways Association (EBA)

Essex Bridleways Association (EBA) is a registered charity set up in 1979 to preserve and develop the bridleway network in Essex. Run entirely by volunteers, EBA work tirelessly campaigning and working with the authorities to improve, restore and create a safe riding environment for riders in Essex.

Funds raised through their membership and pleasure rides pay to employ a Bridleway Development Officer and Projects and Funding Officer; both help to further our work. Essex Bridleways Association publish a magazine, the Update, twice a year. They need your support to continue this important work so please join.

As Essex becomes ever more developed it is imperative that equestrians are not forgotten and the association are making sure this does not happen. The more members they have, the more likely it is that authorities will realise just how passionate equestrians are to continue enjoying our beautiful Essex countryside.
