Quob Stables, near Southampton, are holding an Open Evening on Wednesday 6 August in aid of the new BHS Welfare appeal, supporting BHS South region Development Officer Hannah Marsh in her 24 Hour Challenge Ride.

Featuring lots of different equestrian disciplines and fun displays, it promises to be a great evening. Come along and watch demos including:

Pony Club Mounted Games - featuring Quob Stables' own Pony Club
Horseball - with international trainer and competitor Rui Gil
BHS President Martin Clunes will also be dropping in to lend his support!

Plus meet local BHS volunteers, chat to Quob staff, take advantage of the delicious Hayrack Café, and win some fantastic prizes in the raffle including tickets to Blenheim Horse Trials, Western and Carriage Driving taster lessons, a ‘Judge’s viewpoint’ dressage clinic for your club or yard, vouchers from local stores, and plenty more!

Hannah will be undertaking a gruelling  24 Hour Challenge Ride, starting on the Wednesday morning, and will be having a go at these different disciplines as part of the challenge. By the time the Open Evening finishes, she will be just half way through and looking forward to spending the night riding round the indoor arena… Do come along to the open evening and lend your support, or donate online
