Former BHS Access and Rights of Way Officer William Reddaway and his horse Strider rode up to Wells Cathedral on 19 November to a trumpet fanfare. William and Strider have been on an epic journey since 10 May to ride around England and visit every Cathedral, and to date they have covered approximately 2,300 miles.
On a sunny November morning William and Strider rode through the historic city of Wells and on reaching the Cathedral they were both invited inside.
William dismounted and without hesitation both he and Strider entered through the large front doors.
William is now heading towards home in Cheltenham and is due to finish his journey early in December. William and Strider are raising money for two charities and to find out more about the ride and how to donate please go to his website.
