Nearly 60 BHS members enjoyed four days at the BHS members Adult Summer Camps this summer!
The weather was hot, so we enjoyed lovely warm evenings chatting and relaxing after the days riding.
campers enjoyed lessons on improving their flat work, pole and grid work, course jumping, TREC and XC schooling.
On the last day there was a friendly competition with campers able to take part in either Dressage, showjumping or TREC.
It was lovely to see the new skills learned put into practice and the big smiles at comfort zones being pushed and new levels of riding achieved.
In the evenings there were lectures on NLP, Biomechanics and myth busters in feeding! Camper Jan Wright had this to say: “My best bit was getting my mojo back in jumping, finding my core in flatwork and going down the steps in XC.”
