Raising money in memory

4 June 2012

Following the tragic death of her son, Hayden, in a motorcycle accident in December 2011, Mrs Mandy Middleton wanted to raise money in his memory, to support the BHS Welfare fund.

Hayden did not ride, but was very involved with looking after and showing the family’s six horses. Mandy organised a raffle and sponsored the Hayden Middleton Memorial class for Mountain and Moorland Large breeds at the Long Eaton Diamond Jubilee Show in Derbyshire on 3 June.

Mandy and her husband Roger Middleton presented the cup and cheque to the winner Julie Stanton with Moorlane Malaki.

Mandy has raised an incredible £902 for the BHS Welfare Fund and would like to thank the many sponsors for raffle prizes, especially Field Farm, Acorn Windows and Mickey Gavin.
