Helping members stay legal...
We’re committed to supporting the best interests of horses and owners, and we work with the law and help our members to comply with the many requirements - which is why you’ll find a lot of information and advice here on our website to help you understand these laws and the legal requirements.
The BHS was founded in 1947 with the amalgamation of the Institute of the Horse and Pony Club, and the National Horse Association of Great Britain.
