In the afternoon, participants will study Applied Equine Problem Solving, discovering how understanding equine behavious can help with handling and training.

Both sessions include information and practical application exercises.

The morning session runs from 09.30-12.45, and the afternoon session from 13.45-17.00. The cost is £35 per session, or £60 for the whole day. Places must be booked in advance - please contact Jo, whose details are listed on the right.

Jo Rose, BHS Intermediate Teacher / UKCC3, AMCST, has been running workshops and training courses in equine behaviour and alternative therapies for almost 10 years. Her aim is to bring like minded people together to develop their understanding of horses. Group sizes are kept small, and workshops are aimed at anyone interested in horses, maintaining a friendly and informal atmosphere, so participants feel comfortable to either come with friends or by themselves. Jo runs her courses from a comfortable classroom space on her farm near Chinnor, Oxon.

A proportion of course fees from BHS members will go to BHS Oxfordshire to help horses in need.
