Aimed at competitive riders, this workshop will help you make the best of competitive situations, combat nerves, and plan for success.
Time: There are two parts to the day:
- 10am - 12.30pm: Getting to grips with performance anxiety (nerves)
- 1.30pm - 4pm: Managing the competitive day for optimum performance
Cost: Places are limited and cost £60 per person. It may be possible to book on to one session only, depending on availability nearer the date - places for one session only will cost £40, and can be booked by telephone only. Clare is a registered BHSI and a BE Accredited Coach, and has herself evented to 4* level. She has degrees in Psychology and Sports Psychology, and worked as an NHS psychologist for seven years before focusing on sports psychology. She combines this with her coaching and riding to great success.
