ITT Training Course

15 Mar 2016

The ITT is suitable for those aged 19 years or over. To enter the exam you will need to have passed the BHS PTT and completed the coaching portfolio.

You will be required to hold a current First Aid Certificate (either First Aid at Work or The BHS First Aid Certificate).

The exam consists of four practical coaching sessions; one group (either flat or jump), a lunge lesson, a private dressage lesson and a private jump lesson (show jumping or simulated cross country).

Candidates will be required to deliver a pre-prepared presentation and answer questions in relation to the principles of equitation and equine business management.

Why should you do the BHS ITT?

The achievement of this qualification requires commitment and dedication to your own personal knowledge and coaching skills. The BHS ITT is a component of the BHS Intermediate Instructor Certificate.  This qualification provides the skills to enable you to progress to a senior or management position within the industry.
