Focus on Fitness is an ideal opportunity to work with a fitness coach, physiotherapist and trainer to assess and develop improved rider fitness and well being.

The weekend will focus on:

  • Improved body awareness, alignment balance, flexibility, stability and strength.
  • Improved posture, fitness, seat and security in the saddle.
  • Prevent injuries and maximise your equestrian training.
  • Non riders are welcome to join.

Saturday 14 November

  • Introduction
  • Group Exercise Session – Warm Up and Equipment Explanation

  • Individual Physio Sessions and Rider Sculpting Sessions
  • Light Lunch
  • Activation and Breathing
  • Cardio
  • Strength and Core Exercises
  • Stretching
  • Wrap up and questions

Sunday 15 November

  • Group Exercise Session
  • Ridden Demo – Physio and Trainer Observation and Questions
  • Break
  • HIIT training program for the home
  • Light Lunch
  • Group Physio Session
  • Group Exercise Session
  • Cool down and Stretching Exercises
  • Wrap up and questions
