Safer Riders Safer Horses Safer Drivers

8 Oct 2019

  • Do you ride on the road? If so, do you know your rights, responsibilities and the Law?
  • Want to find out how to report incidents?
  • Do you know what is admissible evidence, and how to ensure it can be used?
  • How do you ensure you are covered in the event of an accident? Drivers - do you know how to drive safely around vulnerable road users?
  • Cyclists - are you aware of the need to call out so horses hear you coming?

BHS Oxfordshire invite all road users to a free event on Tuesday 8 October to hear more from road safety experts including Des Payne from the BHS Safety Team, representatives from Thames Valley Police, and a legal expert.

We’ll finish up with a Q&A session. Members of your BHS Oxfordshire volunteer committee will also be there to meet you.

Entry is FREE, no need to book in advance. The talk will begin at 7.30pm, and we’ll be finishing about 9pm.
