Riding with feel - how do you teach it?

20 Apr 2013 17:30 - 20:00

How do you teach someone to 'ride with feel'? This session is designed to help instructors and trainers (and parents) develop their teaching and coaching skills. Participants will discuss ways in which to improve the riders' own feel and understanding of the horses movement, and how to encourage riders to 'ride with feel'.

The workshop will involve a classroom session followed by an interactive teaching demonstration with mounted students. The session will end with a summing up discussion. There will be light refreshments available.
