BHS Avon are running this dismounted workshop with Karen Whiston. Karen is a BHSI and has attained UKCC Level 3 and is approved Ride With Your Mind Biomechanics Coach. By attending this workshop you will find that you will focus more on what you are being taught. The workshop will be fun and informal.
It will focus on jumping Biomechanics. Karen will take you through the theory behind a good jumping position and help you establish a more secure and flexible position for both show jumping and cross country. Learn tactics to help you to get to the fence on a good stride, with better balance.
Refreshments will be available for purchase on the night.
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Cost: £20 per person. Spaces are limited.
