Riders Rights and Responsibilities on the Road

25 Nov 2019

Calling all road users and horse riders! - Non BHS members are very welcome.

Monday 25 November
7pm
Braes High School, Newlands Road, Reddingmuirhead, Falkirk, FK2 0DA

Do you ride on the road or in the Scottish countryside? If so, do you know your rights, responsibilities and the Law? Do you ride on the pavement, ride two abreast, use a mobile when riding a horse or have you suffered from road rage and dangerous driving? Have you had issues with dogs when riding?
Keen to learn more about Riding and Roadcraft, how to report incidents and ensure you are covered in the event of an accident?

BHS Scotland invite all horse owners, riders and other road users to come along to hear more from the experts - Lawyer Catherine MacDonald from Anderson Strathern, BHS Safety Alan Hiscox and Lisa Dunlop from Police Scotland - about the Law when Riding on the Road. Also present will be Helene Mauchlen from BHS Scotland.

Entry is FREE and tea/coffee is included. The talk shall begin at 7pm promptly.
