BHS Lancashire Committee are pleased to bring members and non members this fascinating talks on your rights and responsibilities. Do you ride on the pavement, ride two abreast, use a mobile when riding a horse or have suffered road rage and dangerous driving? Hear what the experts say about the law.

Barrister Ellen Shaw and Alan Hiscox, BHS Director of Safety, will be discussing these types of issues and much more. An Officer from Lancashire Mounted Police who is working closely with the BHS will be joining the presenters at the talk.
