Join affiliated equestrian group, Glens Bridleway Group, for a pleasure ride on Sunday 21 May starting at Beltrim Estate in aid of Ride Out UK Month.
The hack leaves Beltrim Estate and takes in the stunning views on high ground above Gortin, along the Glenelly Valley and returns through Barnes Gap. The ride will take approx 2.5 hours.Please note this route is not suitable for lead rein riders or children.
For these younger riders there are paths around Beltrim Estate which can be explored on their ponies. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult to either ride with them, walk with them on foot or lead them.
Parking & starting point is Beltrim Estate, Gortin, Co Tyrone, BT79 8PN. Registration is at 11am and hack to start at 11.30am.
You must be a member of the Glens Bridleway Group to do this event - new members can join up before hack starts. The annual membership (£8 for an individual or £12 for family) allows you to attend any upcoming Glens Bridleway hacks. Hack fee per rider is £5.

Ride Out UK Month is dedicated to getting people riding off-road and highlighting our equestrian routes and the work committed to keeping these routes open. Money raised will go to the BHS Paths For Communities Fund, money used to restore and extend multi-user routes.
