This ride is in in aid of the Riding for the Disabled Association and The British Horse Society.
The Gaddesden countryside is an enchanting mixture of parkland, arable and grazing, interspersed with ancient woodland, much of it overlooking the lovely valley of the River Gade. Follow a new extended route around the estate’s farm tracks, woodland rides, bridleways and rural roads, with the full range of 30 optional jumps now available.
All riders are required to wear an emergency medical & contact armband or carry a temporary card in an outside pocket. Correct riding clothes and hard hats, correctly fastened and to the correct standard must be worn. Non-fixed peak hats and body protectors are recommended for those jumping. Please clear away all hay, droppings etc. from around your horsebox/trailer. Do not muck out at the venue. Do not leave vehicles unlocked and keep valuables out of sight, the organisers accept no liability for loss or damage to personnel, equines, vehicles or goods. You must have your own 3rd party liability insurance if you are not a BHS Gold member.
Time: 10am - 2pm.
Cost: £20 per horse and rider payable on the day.
