Come and explore the fabulous network of bridleways in North Bedfordshire!
This pleasure ride is a firm favourite, offering a choice of distances to suit all riders - routes of 5, 10, 17 and 22 miles. This ride is on marked routes on public bridle paths with some roadwork on quiet lanes, with limited stewarding of road crossings. Maps will be provided in advance (to those who enter in advance!) and the routes marked with spray paint on the ground.
Cost: £15 if you enter before 27 July and £20 on the day - unlimited parking so not a problem to come on the day.
Times are not allocated - the first riders can start at 9am and the last by 11am (though if you start after 10.30am you must do either the 5 or 10 mile route).
There will be rosettes for everyone who takes part, a photographer and the College's cafe and toilets are available to use.
You will need insurance and emergency contact details (someone not on the ride to contact in case of an accident) for each person you are booking for.
Online booking available. There is a booking fee of £1.50 per basket (so if you book for a group it is still the same fee as booking for just yourself). Feedback suggests that you may be best to book using a tablet or PC as filling in all the information needed is tricky on a phone.
