Volunteers Conference 2015

Our dedicated conference is open to all BHS and BRC Volunteers. It's designed to give you the opportunity to meet fellow volunteers, share your experiences, build your knowledge and have fun!

Speaker: Wendy Jago

Wendy Jago is an NLP Master Practitioner and certificated coach, working with riders and people in business to improve their effectiveness. She is committed to helping individuals and teams appreciate, develop and work from their strengths and those of others. Her approach is insightful, liberating and often playful.

With a background in English literature, sociology and psychology, her career has included lecturing at Sussex and Brighton Universities, running her own psychotherapy practice, and the in-service training of varied professionals including teachers, youth workers, probation officers and aromatherapists.

She is the co-author of five NLP-based self-help books including the world-wide best-seller The NLP Coach, and more recently of her own The NLP Brain-Builder and How to Manage Your Mammoth.

A rider, horse owner and List 3 Dressage Judge for many years, she was the first person to apply the NLP understanding of excellence in communication to the relationship between riders and their horses. She has written four equestrian titles: Schooling Problems Solved with NLP, Solo Schooling, Score More for Dressage and What Horses Do For Us. She and her husband live in the Sussex countryside and share the ride on their 17.hh Irish Sports Horse ex-eventer, Mouse.
