Scarborough and District Riding Club

Categories:

The idea of Scarborough and District Riding Club was first formed in 1972 whilst two friends were out riding together. The founder members first organised picnic rides and rallies and then as word spread and membership snowballed, Scarborough and District Riding Club was born.

We are a large club for the area with about 100 members. We offer regular subsidised tuition with a variety of venues/instructors. We have regular competitions supporting all range of abilities and pride ourselves on being a very welcoming and friendly club. We are also proud of the support we offer to members to move up to competing at area competitions for which we also subsidise entry fees. Our results at area and championship events are amazing and ever improving.

We do also provide horsey and non-horsey social events throughout the year and always welcome new ideas.
