About Me

I am a BHS Accredited Professional Coach based in Dumfries and Galloway and offer clinics at venues all over the region (as well as private lessons at your own yard).

I trained traditionally via the BHS and SVQ Level 3 horse care and management system, and developed an interest in natural horsemanship along the way. I teach adults and children to connect with their equine in a way that is not about force or using dominance, but is fun for all.

A way of riding that isn't all kicking and pulling but energy balance and lightness. I want you and your horse to have two minds but one focus; and work together as a team

I also believe all good ridden work comes from good groundwork (teaching your horse skills on the floor helps them understand those skills ridden) and regularly use a hybrid of obstacles, games and horsemanship to help each individual reach their goals.
