Would you like to improve you posture, balance, core without worrying about how your horse is going? Are you coming back from an injury, a prolonged period of time away from riding or just want to have a go? This training on a mechanical horse is ideal for you.
Your 30 minute private session will take you through all paces, walk, trot and canter, and give you the opportunity to use the mirrors to check your posture and see for yourself if that shoulder is dropping, you are sitting to one side and whether your hips are moving as they should.
Sessions will be coached by Jo Rawlins BHS APC level 3 coach
