Booking and Information

The day is designed for coaches to further develop their training methods but is open to anyone who wishes to improve their understanding of the requirements for dressage at the higher levels.

The day will be delivered by Liz Eaton FBHS. She will demonstrate with a range of horse and rider combinations the fundamental requirements in the horse's way of going before moving onto movements such as; Travers, Half Pass and Flying Changes. Learn to recognise when the movements are performed correctly as well as common rider faults or challenges for the horse.  In addition to a theory session, throughout the practical ridden sessions, Liz will explain the training principles that help to ensure the horses are able to thrive and enjoy their work.

There will be lots of opportunity to engage in discussion and ask questions.  This promises to be a really enjoyable training day watching some lovely horses working at the brilliant facilities of Warrenwood Manor Stud.
