20 Nov 2012

Sandy Sandon

Martin Clunes, President of The British Horse Society, presented awards to individuals and organisations who have given outstanding service to the cause of equestrianism and equine welfare at an awards ceremony at Saddlers' Hall in the City of London on Friday 2 November.

The prestigious BHS awards highlight the amazing work that goes on, much of it behind the scenes, on behalf of Britain's horses and riders.  Sandy Sandon from Warwickshire received her award for 25 years voluntary service.  As well as being a member of the Warwickshire Commitee Sandy is a highly regarded and dedicated Welfare Officer.
