The British Horse Society and the British Equestrian Federation are pleased to announce Wheal Buller Riding School, Redruth as the latest centre to achieve Clubmark accreditation.
Janet Dallimore who, with her daughter Karen, has run Wheal Buller Riding School/Cornish Riding Holidays for the past 29 years said: "I am delighted, it is a way of showcasing our achievements and the high standards our staff provide."
Karen added: "It was hard work getting the portfolio together but we knew we had everything in place, we just needed to organise it. We had a great year in 2012 receiving a Silver award from Cornwall Tourist Board and becoming a Finalist in the South West Tourism Awards. We are now looking forward to 2013, which has started well with the Clubmark Award."
Margaret Linington-Payne, Director of Standards for The British Horse Society and Clubmark Assessor, said: "Wheal Buller Riding School produced an excellent Clubmark Portfolio, which was a joy to read. I hope the accreditation helps them to continue the excellent service they offer their young riders."
