Chris Broughton, Proprietor of Croft Riding Centre and his teaching staff were over the moon to be awarded Clubmark status by Sarah Tilling, Cheshire CSP, in October 2014.
Staff had worked hard to ensure standards were met over and above the required criteria and fully support the ethos of the Clubmark award.
The instructors at Croft had also achieved a number of personal goals this year with two members of staff becoming BHSAIs and a third BHSPTT. Chris congratulated his staff in their dedication to providing a knowledgeable and professional service and was pleased that all staff choose to continue with CPD activities and plan to aim even higher.
The whole team have been associated with Croft Riding Centre for a number of years and have completed large parts of their training within the centre. Further success has been the first cohort of clients to take BHS Stage 1 with 100% pass rate. "Being in contact with the CSP has been a huge benefit to the centre and I would recommend any riding school to forge links with their own CSP." said Chris, "I am looking forward to moving forward in 2015 with more developments with the support of Active Cheshire."

2014 has been a fantastic and truly productive year for Croft Riding Centre. Croft is now one of the only centres in the North West who are currently members of the BHS, ABRS, BRC with full local authority approval and of course Clubmark Status.
