BHS East of England invite you to a series of video based talks on the horse from a anatomical perspective with Gillian Higgins from Horses Inside Out.
Gillian will be covering subjects like posture and performance, assessing movement, Polework and gymnastic jumping. Gillian will also be covering dressage and the biomechanics of flatwork, and how to recognise when your horse is not quite right.
Also included is evening on Pilates for your horse, showing in-hand exercises for core stability, flexibility, coordination and posture.
Booking opens January 2018 with an online price of £12, alternatively you can just turn up and pay £15 on the door.
The talks are open to members and non-members and are ideal for anyone studying for BHS or Pony Club exams, Coaches, Trainers and Horse Owner/Riders.
