Highly commended BHS Approved Centre seeks manager
Due to the centre's expansion, there is a new and an exciting opportunity for a mature, motivated and organised Manager.
We are seeking the minimum qualifications and experience of a BHSII, to join our professional growing team and help develop the business further. We are a very busy highly commended BHS Approved Centre/livery yard, BHS Training Centre, BHS assessment centre and ABRS/Pony Club approved centre. Our facilities include two outdoor arenas, two indoor arenas, x/c field and farm ride.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service; therefore, you must be customer focused. This role will include teaching children and adults of all levels and BHS assessment candidates. You will be required to liaise with all governing bodies and be able to organise the smooth running of assessments, training and events held at the centre. This role will also include the student training (NVQ and BHS exams) in both riding and stable management up to BHSAI, working together with our existing senior staff.
The successful candidate must be proficient with computer and social media skills and will have a proven history of teaching, with a "can do" attitude and a flexible approachable and friendly professional personality. Excellent people skills and a team player are essential for this challenging, diverse and fulfilling role.
We are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and be involved in the further development of our centre. We offer regular training with Chief Assessor to all our staff, as career development is actively supported and encouraged.
