Newton Ferrers Equus will be holding their first BHS riding and road safety training course. The course will involve riding simulated and road routes, and cover everything in the riding and road safety syllabus, including theory. Completion of this course will give you all of the skills and knowledge to take the BHS Riding & Road Safety Test.
The BHS Riding & Road Safety Test is a pre-requisite for the BHS Stage 2 exam.
This training course will run every Wednesday evening from 7-28 September and 5-12 October.
Time: 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Group size: eight to ten people
Trainer: Louise Sharpe (BHSII registered and UK level 3 coach). Louise has trained internationally and is an examiner for the Pony Club.
Cost: £35 per person per week
The exam will be held on 19 October and can be booked for and paid through the BHS.
