Stressed? Anxious? Lack of confidence? Spend the day at our calm and peaceful yard, and learn how to keep calm and focused. We will work in our classroom and outside on developing self-awareness, sports psychology and learning how to manage anxiety. This course is very helpful for riders in all disciplines, also if you have been out of riding for a while and want to get back into it. This course is suitable for both riders and non-horse riders.
