This day will be presented by Danielle Olding who leads From The Neck Up. Danielle is a Master Sports Practitioner and Coach and NLP Trainer who works extensively with a range of equestrian sports, coaching both professional and amateur riders.
Danielle has ridden competitively all her life and remains actively involved in racing, point-to-pointing, eventing, dressage and showjumping both with her own horses and riding for others. In addition to this, she works as a sports performance and mental skills coach for a range of non equestrian athletes and sports teams.
The day will be a combination of lecture presentations and workshop tasks. The course is suitable for anyone currently coaching or wanting to learn about coaching and learning theory. It is also ideal for anyone returning to coaching after a break who would like to be up-to-date with the latest teaching practices and styles.
The day counts as a Continual Professional Development (CPD) update for BHS Registered Instructors.
