How to Enter

The Application Process

Each applicant must hold a minimum of the BHS Preliminary Teaching Test and be 30 years or under on the 1 January 2009. Entrants do not have to be BHS Registered Instructors but must be actively involved within the equine industry.

Enclosed in the application pack are the forms which will need to be completed and returned to the Training Department. You will also be required to gain two references. One professional (e.g. your employer) and one personal reference (e.g. friend or colleague).

If your application is successful you will be contacted and invited to attend the regional qualifier you have applied for. The winner from each qualifier will then be invited to attend the final later in the year.
