Training Events

The British Horse Society organises national conventions and conferences led by world renowned presenters. Held in high esteem, these events offer a public forum to discuss the latest coaching ideas and techniques and are a fantastic day out for anyone with an interest in equestrianism.

Two competitions are also held annually. The first is the BHS Coach of the Year which is open to all instructors and coaches who have a BHS teaching qualification, there is no age limit but maximum qualification limit of BHSII. The second is the Instructors Challenge, a combined training competition open to all BHS Registered Instructors. The final of this competition is held at the prestigious Royal Windsor Horse Show.
